Responsibilities:

• Maintain ownership and responsibility of mission critical systems
• Be hands on – build high volume platforms using cutting-edge technologies
• Own projects end to end, starting with data discovery, design, implementation, and deployment
• Develop customer-centric prototypes for new product explorations
• Manage and lead a small team of engineers and grow the team as needed
• Proactively communicate your learnings and progress to your team and the leadership
• Would require to work on front-end and back-end areas as needed.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of engineering experience
• Preferably a degree in Computer Science
• Experience working in a start-up or start-up-like environment
• Strong experience developing full-stack (React, Node)
• Proficiency in Python is desired.
• Preferably experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, NLP, Large Language Models, Generative AI, Langchain, Transformer models or related area
• Experience working with cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
• Experience in building mobile friendly web applications
• Experience designing products from scratch with product and design teams
• Willingness to experiment with and quickly pick up new technologies
